Alpha Global produces and supplies Air Operated Barrel Pumps, which are also known as Pneumatic Barrel Pumps or maintenance-free barrel pumps. These pumps operate by employing a unique pumping principle. This barrel pump is useful for the safe and efficient handling of highly corrosive chemicals, solvents, acids, petroleum products, diesel oil, fuel oils, plating solutions, and toxic chemicals. It eliminates the danger of spillage and explosion hazards. The pump can be directly inserted into the barrel using the threading on the pump adapter. It sucks the liquid from the bottom, so there are fewer chances of leftover material. It does not have any type of motor and therefore requires virtually zero maintenance.

Alpha Global offers different types of Barrel Pumps in a wide range. These motorized barrel pumps are portable, with a small size and light weight, and are suitable for the standard barrel emptying process. The pumps are made of stainless steel SS-316, Aluminium, PP, and PVDF. The advanced and technically simple construction of the pumps ensures an efficient and reliable operation coupled with easy strip-down maintenance. They are used for barrel unloading and transferring low/high viscosity liquids.

Alpha Global offers PP (Poly Propylene) made hand-operated barrel emptying pumps. This is a rotary-type pump and is one of the most popularly used handle-operated pumps. It has a 1″ / 25mm size delivery and is made of plastic (Poly Propylene).
Application
This pump is for dispensing water-based media, antifreeze, Urea, Ad blue, DEF, Benzene, detergents, Glycerine, and mild chemicals , in addition to all petroleum-based products.
Do Not Use this pump for:
Acetone, Lacquer, Mineral Oils, Solvents, Turpentine, Adhesive material etc.
Alpha Global’s SS (Stainless Steel) made Hand Operated Barrel Pump is a very popularly used handle-operated pump. It is a rotary-type pump. It has a 1″ / 25mm size Delivery and is made of Stainless Steel SS 316 / SS 304. Vanes, Seal & Packings are made of Teflon. The capacity is 200ml-250ml per Revolution.
Application It is for dispensing water-based media, antifreeze, Urea, Ad-blue, DEF, Benzene, detergents, Glycerine, Mild Chemicals etc. , in addition to use with all petroleum based products.
Not Used for: Powder form material & sand content, Alkalis Material, Adhesive material etc.

It is best suitable for low viscous inflammable liquids like petroleum, solvents, and chemicals.

This pump operates with pneumatic pressure. Its operation is compatible with all types of viscous liquid. The pump head discharge is 25 feet, and the volume of liquid to be delivered can be adjusted by using a simple air flow adjustment. It features a ball valve for controlling the flow.
