PP PVDF Pumps

Introduction
PP PVDF Pumps
At Alpha Global, we specialize in manufacturing high-performance Polypropylene (PP) Pumps and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) Pumps designed to meet the diverse needs of various industries. Our PP pumps are engineered for efficiency, durability, and reliability, ensuring optimal performance in handling corrosive and aggressive fluids.
Our Range of
PP PVDF Pumps
Alpha Global produces and supplies PP/PVDF centrifugal pumps designed for total pumping solutions in demanding environments. The wetted parts are manufactured from chemically inert materials like Polypropylene or PVDF to ensure zero metallic contamination.
The Series AGRMD pumps are seal-less magnetic-driven pumps made from PP and PVDF. They are 100% leak-proof as they do not use a shaft seal. The rotation is provided by a magnetic drive that uses high-power permanent rare earth magnets, ensuring high mechanical efficiency and zero slippage. These pumps are available in a mono-block type with standard TEFC motors and flame-proof motors.

PP PVDF Pumps
What are the benefits of a seal-less magnetic drive pump?
Our AGRMD series magnetic drive pumps are 100% leak-proof because they do not use a traditional shaft seal. This eliminates the risk of leakage, making them the safest choice for handling toxic, fuming, and expensive chemicals.
What is the maximum operating temperature for PP and PVDF pumps?
Standard Polypropylene (PP) pumps can handle up to 60°C, while PPH models go up to 100°C. For higher temperature applications, our PVDF pumps can handle up to 115°C, with specialized magnetic pumps available for up to 150°C.
Are your plastic pumps resistant to fuming acids?
Yes, our pumps are constructed from chemically inert materials like injection-molded PP, PVDF, or UHMWPE, ensuring excellent resistance against fuming acids, corrosive chemicals, and pickling agents.
Can these pumps be used in hazardous environments?
Yes, our PP/PVDF pumps are available with both standard TEFC motors and Flame-Proof (FLP) motors to ensure safe operation in hazardous chemical processing zones.
What industries use Alpha Global's non-metallic pumps?
These pumps are widely used in chemical plants, fertilizer industries, electroplating units, pharmaceutical labs, and effluent treatment plants (ETP) where metallic contamination must be avoided.
