Progressive Cavity Screw Pump

Introduction
Progressive Cavity Screw Pump
We are a company that produces and supplies various industrial pumps, including a full range of Progressive Cavity Pumps. These pumps are also known as Eccentric Screw Pumps or Helical Rotor Pumps. They operate using a unique pumping principle where a high-precision metallic single helical rotor rotates inside a double helical resilient stator, forming a uniform seal line and cavity.
Our Range of
Progressive Cavity Screw Pump
The AGP Series Screw Pumps are made with a cast iron pump housing and cast iron bearing housing. The rotors can be made of hard chrome-plated alloy steel, tool steel, SS 304, or SS 316. The rotating parts are made of alloy steel or stainless steel. The rubber stator is made from natural or synthetic rubbers like Nitrile, EPDM, Hyplon, Silicon, Neoprene, Viton, or Hi-Nitrile, depending on the application.
High-performance pumps designed for smooth and continuous fluid transfer, even with viscous or abrasive liquids. These pumps provide precise flow control, low pulsation, and reliable operation, making them ideal for industrial, chemical, and wastewater applications.

Why Choose
Alpha Global's Progressive Cavity Screw Pumps ?
Superior Slurry Handling
Effectively pumps media from thin liquids up to the most thick, pulpy consistency with the highest content of solid or fibrous material.
Pulsation-Free Metering
Delivers a pulsation, turbulence, or aeration-free metered flow that is directly proportional to the speed, ensuring highly accurate dosing and gentle product handling.
High Pressure/Head
Capable of developing pressure up to 48 bar even at low pump speeds.
Enhanced Durability
Features a torsion-free metal bonded stator for increased stator life and improved efficiency.
Simplified Service
Easy and quick maintenance that does not require any special tools, minimizing downtime.
Viscous Feed Option
Available with an open hopper-type inlet and an upstream force feed screw for non-flowing or highly viscous materials.
Wide Temperature Range
Handles process temperatures from −40 Co to +150 Co
Applications of
Progressive Cavity Screw Pumps
Progressive Cavity (PC) Screw Pumps are positive displacement pumps uniquely designed to handle the most challenging fluids. They operate using a helical rotor and stator mechanism that creates a continuous series of moving, sealed cavities, which gently and consistently "progress" the fluid. This principle makes PC pumps highly valued for their ability to manage highly viscous, abrasive, and shear-sensitive liquids with an incredibly smooth, non-pulsating flow, making them ideal for high-pressure dosing and transfer across the food, chemical, and waste management sectors .
